| Description | This is an opportunity to join a fast growing Professional Services team as you assume senior level responsibility for software implementation and support projects. This position functions as a lead in implementation projects and has detailed knowledge of project methodology and products. The selected candidates will have the following responsibilities: |
| Responsibilities | • Define and document current business
technical and functional workflows • Analyze current customer operations and forms to produce standard requirements gathering documents • Configure products with third party software applications • Create program specifications for customizations to software. • Code custom software using JAVA or C/C++ • Create system test plans • Test or oversee testing of all custom code before installation • Lead an account independently with limited support • Assist in reporting solutions to client reported problems and product related issues • Conduct milestone review sessions with customers to ensure accuracy of timeline of projects • Work and coordinate with staff to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of custom modules |
| Requirements | JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years of related experience • Strong working knowledge of multiple operating systems • MUST have programming experience in JAVA or C/C++ • Knowledge of Websphere or similar types of web technology is strongly preferred • Knowledge of MQSeries is preferred • Competent understanding of databases • Good understanding of Client-Server processing • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner • Very good presentation and interpersonal skills |
